In June 2007, Tom and I left the Pacific Ocean just above Seattle, and began a 5000 mile bike ride, following the Northern Tier bike route as it made its way East to the opposite side of the USA to arrive at Bar Harbor, on the Atlantic Ocean, 3 months later.
